Job Description
Are you a Project Controls professional who thrives on turning data into actionable insights? Raise is building a talent pipeline for a leading enterprise client supporting large-scale capital projects in the nuclear and energy sector.
These roles are critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget through effective planning, monitoring, and control. If you enjoy working with schedules, cost data, and performance metrics—this is for you.
What You’ll Work On
- Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar tools
- Track project costs, budgets, and forecasts throughout the project lifecycle
- Perform variance analysis and report on cost and schedule performance (SPI/CPI)
- Support earned value management (EVM) processes and reporting
- Maintain project baselines and manage change control processes
- Integrate data across project controls systems and financial tools
- Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, and finance stakeholders
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve project performance
Must-Have Skills
- 3–8+ years of experience in project controls, scheduling, or cost management
- Strong proficiency in tools such as Primavera P6, EcoSys, or equivalent
- Solid understanding of forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in nuclear, utilities, or infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of EVM principles and methodologies
- PMP, PMI-SP, or related certifications
