Janitor
- Pay Rate: $17.00/hour on W2
- Contract Length: 12 months
- Location: Greenville, OH 45331 (Onsite)
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM | 30-minute lunch
Raise is currently hiring a contract team member on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of a designated area, including any number of buildings and the surrounding area.
- Cleaning Janitorial responsibilities include basic cleaning:
- Sweeping
- Mopping
- vacuuming floors
- dusting
- polishing furniture
- cleaning glass
- Required to clean laboratory equipment.
- Supplies A janitor is also responsible for keeping bathrooms clean and well stocked, as well as informing a supervisor when more supplies are needed.
- Equipment Operation A janitor may be required to operate heavy-duty equipment like carpet shampooers, steam cleaners and power tools.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong Communication and basic cleaning.
- Should be in moderate physical health and able to stay on his feet for hours each day, as well as climb, bend and move heavy equipment.
