Digital Design – Design Researcher

We at Raise are hiring a Digital Design – Design Researcher for one of our top clients. After establishing themselves as an industry leader, they’re now expanding their team to meet rising demand. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product teams to define research goals, plan user interviews or usability tests.
- Conduct interview sessions, analyze feedback, synthesize insights into actionable recommendations.
- Advocate for user needs, create personas/journey maps, and share findings to guide design decisions.
Must-have Skills:
- Alida, Maze Mural
- Figma is NTH
- Degree in Psych or Anthropology, Sociology
- 7 + years in research
- Design research theory/design research tools
- Cross functional teams experience
Nice-to-have Skills:
- MA/MS degree or certification in Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, InformationStudies, Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial),Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science (CS), or a related field
- Appreciation for the potential of 'design thinking'
- Experience working within a large organization and within a marketing environment
- Experience contributing to the launch of a digital product
