Dispatcher
Pay Rate: Up to $21.00/hour on W2, depending on experience
Work Type: Onsite – Midland, TX 79706
Work Schedule: 10 days on, 4 days days off | 12-hour Shift | On-call
Duration: 12-month contract with possibility of extension and/or conversion based on performance and other factors
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and gather necessary details for service requests.
- Communicate service jobs to crews and field personnel using the telephone and two-way radio systems.
- Act as the link between customers and technical teams to ensure help arrives where it is needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Familiarity with how to operate telephones and two-way radios.
- Ability to handle several tasks at once without getting overwhelmed.
- Clear speaking skills and a professional tone for customer service.
- Strong organizational skills to keep track of schedules and locations.
- Friendly, adaptable, and works well in a team environment.
- Able to adjust quickly to changing priorities.
