Quality Assurance Auditor
- Pay Rate: $18.19/hour on W2
- Contract Length: 6 months
- Location: North Kingstown, RI 02852 (Onsite)
- Work Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday – Friday |11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Overview
- The Quality Assurance Auditor ensures customer satisfaction through the internal auditing of mail kit products to verify the highest production and quality standards are achieved according to established procedures.
Responsibilities
- Audit mail kit jobs from Data Card, Hand Fulfillment, and Auto Inserting departments.
- Read and interpret job sheets, ISO/CQM requirements, process documentation, and control plans.
- Apply calibration, verification, and AQL/military standard concepts.
- Execute and document non-conformity processes.
- Utilize JAAMS system for audit input procedures and job tracking.
- Generate non-conformance reports and provide feedback to QA management on excessive errors.
- Support production teams in inspecting and segregating non-conforming products.
- Validate new products and portfolios prior to production.
- Maintain positive, professional relationships with team members.
- Remain flexible to work nights and weekends as required for major projects.
- Ensure conformance to company vision, mission, and values.
- Work independently with attention to detail and minimal supervision.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing and/or production environment.
- Basic analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with diverse personalities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Proficiency in English (read/write/speak).
- Basic math required.
- Intermediate computer skills preferred.
- Capable of solving practical problems and interpreting a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Results-oriented with strong decision-making and prioritization skills.
Physical Demands
- Frequent use of eyes, ears, hands, and fingers.
- Regular standing, sitting, and walking.
- Must be able to lift to 30 lbs.
- Requires close vision for detailed inspection tasks.
