HSE Coordinator
- Pay Rate: $16-$20/hour, final hourly rate will depend on experience.
- Contract Length: 6 months contract with possibility of extension and/or conversion based on performance and other factors.
- Location: Shreveport, LA 71129 (Onsite)
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Additional Information: Standard Driver’s License and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) are required

Overview
- Responsible for supporting HSE Function by performing secretarial and administrative duties including complex and confidential assignments
Responsibilities
- Provide support to HSE Staff, including administrative duties such as filing, data input, and reports.
- Provide timely and accurate record keeping.
- Assist with maintaining and compiling HSE information.
- Perform HSE related duties necessary for successful operation of the HSE Function.
- Scheduling of 3rd party training providers as per the HSE Training Plan.
- Supporting Access control requirements for the facility.
- Supporting the HSE team in coordination of event organization, organizing supplies and materials as required.
- Co-Ordinate the PPE process where required.
- Any other responsibilities as directed by the HSE Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field or relevant experience of 3+ years preference to Customer Service, Communications, and Administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite tools including Word and Excel report features.
- Customer Service Focus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Stakeholder management skills and experience.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
