We’re Hiring! Our key client is growing like crazy and adding an Equipment Operator to their team.
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $21.00/hour, depending on experience
Work Type: Onsite – Horseheads, NY 14845
Work Schedule: 15 days on, 6 days off
Duration: 3-month contract with possible extension/conversion
Additional Details: CDL A Driver’s License with no restrictions and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) are required.
Job Summary:
* The Equipment Operator is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to customers.
* The Equipment Operator identifies opportunities to improve service delivery and assists field and maintenance crews with preparing equipment for operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
* Participate in pre-job and Toolbox meetings with crew members.
* Maintain good, safe working order of equipment according to standards, reporting problems or deviations.
* Ensure individual and crew work safety.
* Prepare equipment for rig up and rig down times.
* Operate the equipment according to competency level and job requirement.
* Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
* Maintain the required safety training.
Qualifications:
* High school or GED is required.
* CDL A license with no restrictions is required.
* Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in oilfield cement experience would be preferred.
