Représentant(e) bilingue du service clientèle

  • Lieu : Toronto (Ontario) – Télétravail (travail à domicile uniquement – ​​présence au bureau requise au besoin)

Raise recrute un(e) Représentant(e) bilingue du service clientèle pour l’un de ses clients de premier plan. Responsabilités :

  • Répondre de manière professionnelle à tous les appels entrants des clients, conseillers et investisseurs du service clientèle.
  • Faire preuve de professionnalisme et de sang-froid avec les clients internes et externes.
  • Assumer toutes les responsabilités liées au rôle de représentant(e) du service clientèle.
  • Interagir avec les services internes et les clients internes et externes.
  • Collaborer avec les membres de l’équipe du service clientèle.
  • Signaler les problèmes à la direction.
  • Toute autre tâche assignée.

Compétences requises :

  • 1 à 3 ans d’expérience en centre d’appels ou en service à la clientèle
  • Bilinguisme anglais-français
  • Expérience dans le secteur financier
  • Expérience en fonds communs de placement
  • Disponibilité pendant les heures d’ouverture du centre de contact : de 8 h à 20 h. Le candidat retenu doit être flexible et disponible pour travailler durant ces heures.

Compétences souhaitables :

  • Certification IFIC CSC, connaissance pratique des fonds communs de placement
  • La réussite ou l’obtention du cours IFIC (Opérations sur les fonds communs de placement) pour le CSC (Cours sur les valeurs mobilières du Canada) est un atout.

Bilingual Customer Contact Centre Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Primarily responsible for professionally answering all incoming calls from Clients/Advisor/Investors of the Customer Contact Centre.
  • Able to provide professionalism and composure when dealing with Clients internal/external.
  • Perform all required responsibilities as a representative of the Contact Centre.
  • Front-facing with internal departments and internal/external Clients.
  • Interaction with Team members of the contact center.
  • Escalate problematic issues to management.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Must have skills:

  • 1 to 3 years Call Centre or client service experience
  • English and French bilingualism
  • Financial industry experience 
  • Mutual Fund experience
  • Availability for contact Centre's operational hours: 8am to 8pm. Successful candidate must be flexible to work within these hours

Nice to have skills:

  • IFIC CSC, working knowledge with mutual funds
  • IFIC (Mutual Funds) Operations course for CSC (Canadian Securities Course) in progress or completed is an asset
