Operations Specialist
- Location: Minneapolis, MN – Hybrid (4 days on site)
- Contract Length: 6 Months with Possibility of Extension.

Responsibilities:
- General data entry related to loan information
- Phone and service responsibilities: verify wire and payment information with clients and reps, troubleshoot issues
- Complete requests via workflow/SSR
Must-have skills:
- At least 1 year of Banking experience (Data entry within the banking field)
- At least 2-5 years of service experience (customer-facing CSR-type experience, ideally with securities)
- MS Office including Excel (intermediate-Expert)
- Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written
Nice to have skills:
- Salesforce, Workflow, and general loan servicing software.
