RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare Project definition, scope documents with guidance frommanagement
  • Demonstrate a collaborative attitude by working closely with theServiceNow technical and business leads, stakeholders to understand theirrequirements, maintain transparency, and ensure alignment throughout theproject lifecycle
  • Manage all Project work plans, Enterprise stage gates documents, updateschedules and report progress against plan
  • Prepare budget estimates with guidance from management and trackongoing Project expensesFacilitate expense approvals and adhere to procurement and finance
  • requirements and approval policies for project-related activities to supportProject internal leadership
  • Prepare communications to senior management through guidance fromsenior Project manager/Program Manager or development management
  • Research project management tools or other topics in support of currentand future efforts
  • Follow internal project management standards and established processesunder the guidance of ServiceNow Technical and Business Leads.
  • Function as focal point for Project information, secured and with confidentialaccess.
  • Other deliverables as directed by management as part of ServiceNowProgram led by Portfolio Manager.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience managing enterprise-wide IT transformation projectsin complex, multi-departmental environments, including budget/timelinemanagement, scope definition, resource allocation, risk and issuemanagement, organizational change management.
  • Strong background in contract negotiations, procurement processes, andvendor/contract management to ensure effective ServiceNow partnershipsand delivery outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience delivering projects using agile methodologies withtools, including backlog management, sprint planning, and iterativedelivery.
  • Proven success managing large-scale, multi-divisional ServiceNowimplementations using hybrid delivery approaches that incorporateagile/iterative principles is preferred
  • Expertise in velocity-driven sprint planning and execution, includingmaintaining sprint schedules, facilitating scrum ceremonies, andproactively removing blockers for ServiceNow project teams.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or ServiceNow is consideredan asset.
  • Proficiency with project management tools for planning, tracking, andimplementing complex technology initiatives and solution packages.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey ServiceNow project status and outcomes to Executiveand Senior leadership, as well as business and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong people management skills, with experience leading technicalproject teams in ServiceNow application development and infrastructuresolution delivery.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Deliverables:

  • This Project Manager specialist will support the ServiceNow Portfolio Managermanaging the activities to deliver applications and solutions under ServiceNowplatform (ITOM- ServiceNow Event Monitoring & Management project, ITAM SAM,
  • HAM, ITSM, Copilot, Contract Management, etc ) on time, on budget and withexpected quality.
