Service Specialist
- Pay Rate: $19/hour on W2
- Contract Length: 1 month
- Work Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Training Schedule: On the job training
- Location: Boise, ID 83702 (Onsite)
Raise is currently hiring a contract team member on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader.
Overview
- A Service Specialist is part of a team that provides various administrative support to our clients which may include copy, print, mail, hospitality, facilities, and receptionist services.
Responsibilities
- Mail Services
- Metering, sorting, and distributing mail and accountable packages per schedule
- Copy Services
- Accurately producing copy, print, and scan projects per written instructions
- Reception
- Answering incoming telephone calls and routing to the appropriate person; greeting and announcing visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Hospitality Services
- Coordination and upkeep of client conference rooms, common areas, and kitchens
- Inspecting and ensuring rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for continual use
- Organizing and distributing client kitchen supplies
- Maintaining inventory control and ordering supplies as needed
- Floor Coordination
- Upkeep of copy rooms
- Stocking general supplies
- Delivery of paper
- Basic daily maintenance
- Facilities Services
- Hanging pictures
- Small office moves
- Cleaning services
- Communication with key client contacts regarding building/equipment concerns
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year work experience in a customer services field
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail
- Ability to resolve issues with professionalism and tact
- Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
- Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
- Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time
