Description :
Nous sommes à la recherche de candidats pour un poste de développeur de matériel de formation pour l’équipe de Formation Technique Mondiale. Vous aurez l’opportunité de vous familiariser avec les différents modules d’un simulateur de vol.
Responsabilités :
- Armé de vos connaissances, vous serez appelé à augmenter l’offre de formation en ligne par module. Vous aurez l’autonomie de développer des modules par vous-même basés sur le matériel de maintenance existant.
- Confronté à l’avancement des technologies, vous participerez et contribuerez au développement de matériel de formation qui sera utilisé par les formateurs, et ce, de concert avec les intervenants principaux des différentes phases de conception et d’assemblage (ingénierie, production, gestion de projet, etc.).
- Ainsi, vous deviendrez membre d’une équipe dynamique d’employés expérimentés qui misent à fournir une expérience à la fois agréable et enrichissante, et ce, a tous nos clients.
Qualification :
- Ayant complété des études dans un domaine lié aux technologies tel que l’électronique, l'ingénierie ou l'informatique.
- Maîtrise professionnelle de l'anglais, la maîtrise d'autres langues est un atout. À qualifications égales, la préférence sera donnée aux candidats bilingues : anglais et français.
- Ayant d’excellentes aptitudes à partager des connaissances.
- Apprenant rapidement dans divers contextes technologiques et d’architectures.
- Intéressé envers le domaine technique et la formation.
- D’avare de défis et qui recherche un travail non routinier.
- Ayant un vif intérêt pour l'aviation et la simulation de vol.
- Une connaissance du logiciel Articulate 360 ou d’une plateforme de création de formations en ligne, un atout.

Description:
We are looking for candidates for a position as a Training Material Developer for the Global Technical Training team. You will have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the different modules of a flight simulator.
Responsibilities:
- Armed with your knowledge, you will be called upon to increase the offer of online training by module.
- You will have the autonomy to develop modules on your own based on existing maintenance hardware.
- Confronted with the advancement of technologies, you will participate in and contribute to the development of training materials that will be used by the trainers, in collaboration with the main stakeholders in the various phases of design and assembly (engineering, production, project management, etc.).
- In this way, you will become part of a dynamic team of experienced employees who are committed to providing an experience that is both enjoyable and enriching to all our customers.
Qualification:
- Having completed studies in a technology-related field such as electronics, engineering or computer science.
- Professional command of English, fluency in other languages is an asset. For equal qualifications, preference will be given to bilingual candidates: English and French.
- Having excellent knowledge sharing skills.
- Learning quickly in various technological and architectural contexts.
- Interested in the technical field and training.
- Stingy with challenges and looking for a non-routine job.
- Having a keen interest in aviation and flight simulation. Knowledge of the Articulate 360 software or an online training creation platform is an asset.
