IT Project Manager & Tech Business Analyst
- Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid – (Twice per week in office)
- Pay Rate: $60.35/hr – $71.21/hr
- Contract Length: 6 Months.

Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Plan, track, and report on project milestones, risks, dependencies, and status updates. Manage project gating and ensure all necessary approvals and checkpoints are met.
Business Analysis:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for both projects. Translate requirements into actionable technical specifications.
Documentation & Artifacts:
- Prepare and maintain all project documentation, including business requirements, technical specifications, process flows, and testing artifacts.
Integration Coordination:
- Oversee the integration of the app with certified document storage, ensuring compliance and successful implementation.
eSignature Implementation:
- Coordinate with the internal team to integrate eSignature into the trade confirmation platform, managing all related documentation and process changes.
Risk & Issue Management:
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
Must-have skills:
- Experience with IT Project Manager – 5+ years
- Experience with business analysis and requirement gathering—5+ years
- Experience with stakeholder management (technology & internal teams)—5+ years
- Experience with Azure devops – 1 year
- Experience with Agile methodology—3 years
Nice to have skills:
- Capital markets
- Integration project experience
- Banking experience
- Certified document storage and/or eSignature solutions
