We’re Hiring! Our key client is growing like crazy and adding a Field Service Specialist to their team.
Pay Rate: $21.00 – $24.00/hour, depending on experience.
Work Location: Onsite – Carmichaels, PA 15320
Work Schedule: 4 weeks on, 1 week off | 7 days a week | 12 – 16 hours | On call
Duration: 4-month contract with possible extension/conversion based on performance and other factors.
Additional Details: Standard Driver’s License and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) are required.
Job Overview:
The CAM Field Specialists is responsible for providing customers with safe, accurate and on-time product and service delivery.
Responsibilities:
* Install surface system equipment for wells.
* Perform tasks on well sites including rig-up and rig-down.
* Attain excellence in learning and competency events.
* Ensure safe, timely and compliant operations at the well site, job location or plant, including rig-up and rig-down of equipment.
* Mentor others as required.
* Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs.
* Engage customer contacts to promote company products and services.
* Standard PPE required: hard hat, Z87-rated safety glasses, flame-resistant (FR) clothing, and steel-toe boots (all PPE is provided by the company).
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* No minimum years of experience is required.
* Mechanically inclined with strong time management and troubleshooting skills.
* Proficiency with basic hand tools.
* No pre-required certifications; company will provide necessary ones (e.g., man lift, forklift).
* Must be able to lift 40-50 lbs.
* Must be able to stand and work for up to 12 hours.
* Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
Travel Requirements:
* Must travel to well sites; drive time included in work hours.
* Must attend training in Kellyville, OK.
* Must live within approximately 1 hour of Carmichaels, PA.
