Clerk II

We are Hiring! We are working with a multinational pipeline and energy client that is growing and adding a Clerk II to their team.

Pay Rate: $16.00 – $17.00/hour on W2
Work Type: Hybrid – Duluth, MN 55802
Duration: 5-month contract (with possible extension)

Description:

* We are seeking a proactive, high-energy Clerk to join a project that is as dynamic as it is critical.
* This isn't just a "typing" job; you will be the engine behind our credentialing process, ensuring that data is accurate, badges are produced perfectly, and logistics are handled with speed.
* The ideal candidate thrives in "building the plane while flying it."
* This project will evolve quickly, and we need someone who can adapt to changing workflows without losing their focus on the finer details.

Key Responsibilities:

* Data Management: Execute high-volume data entry with a focus on 100% accuracy.
* You will be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying sensitive information.
* Badge Administration: Manage the end-to-end badge production process, including capturing/uploading photos, formatting credentials, and physically printing badges.
* Quality Control: Act as the final line of defense by spotting errors in data or printing before items are sent out.
* Fulfillment & Logistics: Package batches of badges and related supplies.
* Coordinate mailings and shipments to ensure timely delivery to recipients.
* General Clerical Support: Assist with filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks as the project evolves.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and database management.
* Comfort operating badge printing hardware (training provided).
* Ability to stand for periods of time during the packaging and mailing phases.

* Dynamic Energy: You enjoy a fast-paced environment and take initiative to keep things moving forward.
* Communication: Above-average English proficiency (written and verbal) is required to ensure clear communication and error-free data management.
