Program Support Analyst
- Pay Rate: $47.97/hour, depending on experience
- Contract Length: 1 Year

Raise is currently hiring a Program Support Analyst on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader. Our client is responsible for the safe and reliable operation of the Alberta Interconnected Electric System.
Note: The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; however, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in an INC classification, where applicable.
Description
The Program Support Analyst, in this role will play a pivotal role reporting to the Manager of the Digital Workplace Services team. As a skilled analyst, you will collaborate closely with product and program managers, demonstrating your proficiency in tracking and managing tasks across various projects. Your commitment to ensuring timely completion and maintaining high-quality standards will be key to your success in this role. Forge strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners, fostering a collaborative environment that drives success.
The initial contract will be for one year with the possibility of extension. Our client supports a hybrid work environment, where the team is in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Mondays and Fridays are flexible where you work best. This role is located at thier downtown office.
Responsibilities
- Deliver regular and transparent status updates to project and product management teams, keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned.
- Proactively manage team’s focus on identified priorities, demonstrating agility to adjust tasks swiftly as project priorities evolve in our fast-paced environment.
- Skillfully coordinate multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution that aligns with overarching business goals.
- Uphold a high level of organization and process orientation, with a relentless focus on continuous improvement to optimize project workflows.
- Document and communicate risks, issues, and roadblocks in a timely manner, enabling proactive resolution and risk mitigation.
- Conduct and manage status scrum meetings efficiently, facilitating effective communication among team members and ensuring accurate task updates.
- Collaborate closely with IT staff and business users to collect and maintain information critical to project success.
- Provide or support initial and ongoing training to the user community on existing and new process applications.
- Influence and integrate the organization toward the adoption of innovative solutions, driving positive change.
- Implement effective change management strategies with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project transitions.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience with managing project timelines, documenting risks/roadblocks, and running Scrum or status meetings
- Experience supporting or coordinating initiatives within Microsoft 365 environments, including services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, and Microsoft Defender.
- Understanding of how Microsoft 365 and endpoint technologies are planned, implemented, and adopted in enterprise Digital Workplace environments.
- Experience coordinating project or program activities related to M365 upgrades, feature rollouts, security enhancements, or service lifecycle initiatives.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365–based automation and workflow tools (such as Power
- Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint workflows) to support process efficiency, reporting, or adoption activities.
- Ability to work effectively across Digital Workplace Services and Cyber Security teams supporting Microsoft‑based platforms.
- Possess a post-secondary degree or diploma or demonstrate an acceptable combination of education and work experience.
- Demonstrate proven experience in program support and project coordination
- Showcase strong proficiency in managing Microsoft projects and technologies.
- Display strong expertise in project management tools such as MS Planner, To Do, Microsoft Project, and Azure DevOps.
- Exhibit a track record of working independently with a high level of responsibility.
- Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing the ability to build solid relationships.
- Demonstrate an aptitude for identifying and setting priorities, efficiently managing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Education and Certifications
- A post-secondary degree or diploma (Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or Project Management).
- PMP certified (or in progress).
