In this role, you will collaborate across Commercial Banking and functional partners, including Finance and other partners, with the following:
- Planning and Scheduling
- Communicate project updates, priorities and expectations to stakeholders and team members
- Risk and Issue Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and decisions.
- Ensure all project artifacts (e.g., charters, plans, and reports) are stored in a centralized location.
- Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
Must-have Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in banking or financial services industry with understanding of project business management
- Hands-on experience implementing End-to-End project
- Guiding teams and stakeholders to make informed, consensus-driven decisions.
- Aligning program and portfolio-level objectives to maintain alignment and achieve strategic outcomes.
- Effective storytelling skills—written and verbal skills and attention to detail in preparing reporting and summaries that are provided to product teams and senior/executive leadership.
- A ‘Growth Mindset’—remain current with emerging consumer/industry trends and embrace new data to generate impactful insights. Proactive and inquisitive mindset, continuously seeking opportunities and the “why” behind data trends to improve existing processes and streamline activities.
