Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to project managers and project team, in coordinating, planning, communicating, and executing the delivery of core project components.
  • Supports the day-to-day operations for the delivery of dynamic and complex health workforce programs by managing multiple projects to support program evolution and optimization while maintaining ongoing program operations.
  • Works with team members, healthcare employers, healthcare workers, and others stakeholders to optimize the utilization of health workforce programs. 
  • Liaises and collaborates with team members to optimize the stakeholder and client experience navigating internal programs and other health workforce solutions.
  • Works with the program team and leadership to develop, document, and implement processes and standards for accurate and consistent data processing and document management.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience collaborating with various groups to gather updates and maintaining project budgeting, progress reporting, action items, risk management updates, etc.
  • Experience working alongside project managers to provide updates, escalate where required, identify risks, and lead project document deliverables
  • Experience developing project status reports and maintaining and monitoring status reporting logs
  • Experience monitoring project document repository and ensuring all documents are reviewed and maintained in the repository
  • Demonstrated analytical skills to prepare and maintain spreadsheets, use databases, produce accurate reports, and to report on trends, key issues and recommendations.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven with a demonstrated ability to consistently and effectively produce high quality work.
  • Ability to understand the needs of diverse stakeholders to develop effective solutions and assess impact of recommendations for change.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce (or similar) CRM System

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience working in a professional environment supporting multiple project managers and critical projects.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to plan and organize work within set timelines, manage multiple projects/tasks in parallel, prioritize and effectively anticipate and respond to issues as they arise.
  • Strong people skills, including the ability to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships, consult, influence, and build consensus with stakeholders.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills to maintain stakeholder relations with an emphasis on customer service delivery and consultation.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).

Evaluation Criteria:  

  • Relevant public sector experience. 30 Points
  • Experience supporting a variety of projects or programs, particularly high volume or high pressure. 30 Points
  • Experience working in a health human resources-related role. 20 Points
  • Experience with Salesforce (or similar) CRM System. 20 Points

Total evaluation criteria: 100 Points

Deliverables

Deliverables Include, but are not limited to:

  • Support the effective launch and implementation of several Health Human Resources (HHR) incentive programs.
  • Support direct communications with external stakeholders about initiatives.

Must Haves: 

  • 7+ years experience in non-profit, healthcare, and/or government sector 
  • 7+ years experience Client/stakeholder support and relationship management experience. 
  • 7+ years experience preparing and maintaining spreadsheets or databases. 
  • Master’s degree preferred or Undergraduate degree in an appropriate discipline (health, social sciences, political sciences, or another relevant field) or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

Nice to have: 

  • Experience with Salesforce (or similar) CRM System
