Service Ticket Operations Specialist
- Pay Rate: $31.28/hour on W2
- Contract Length: 5 months with possible extension and/or conversion
- Location: Phoenix, AZ 85027
- Work Schedule: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Work Type: Hybrid – In-Office (Mon-Thu) | Remote (Fri)
Raise is currently hiring a contract team member on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader.
Overview
- Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Processor to ensure data integrity and smooth operational reporting.
- This role serves as a trusted anchor for operational reporting, delivering foundational insights to support effective decision-making.
- This is a production-heavy environment requiring strong data entry skills, self-management, and disciplined execution.
Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and process a high volume of service tickets (200–250 daily) accurately and efficiently.
- Accurately close service tickets to ensure proper revenue capture.
- Conduct analytical review of reports.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies with internal departments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve outstanding issues within set deadlines.
- Maintain accurate and organized records/files.
- Respond promptly to email requests.
- Support the finance team with administrative tasks.
- Adhere to company policies and accounts payable procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong data entry accuracy and validation experience.
- Experience conducting data checks across large datasets using Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, conditional formatting required)
- Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Positive attitude with strong work ethic.
Preferred Skills
- Fluent in French (nice to have, not required)
