  • Support application and enrollment operations by assisting with intake, processing, and case resolution during peak volumes, coverage gaps, or program changes.
  • Monitor individual and team performance against productivity, accuracy, timeliness, and quality KPIs; provide real-time direction, coaching, and corrective action as required.
  • Ensure accurate intake, validation, and documentation of applicant and funding agreement information in accordance with program policies, contractual requirements, and internal quality standards.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of daily and periodic operational reporting related to application volumes, enrollment outcomes, turnaround times, and backlogs to support workload planning, escalation, and continuous improvement.
  • Review work outputs to identify errors, trends, and systemic risks; conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures, job aids, and workflows related to ASI applications and funding agreement enrollments.
  • Escalate complex, high-risk, or time-sensitive application and enrollment issues with clear documentation and recommended resolutions.
  • Partner with Management, Quality, and Program teams to support audits, quality reviews, funding agreement compliance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coach staff on program policy interpretation, eligibility rules, funding agreement requirements, documentation standards, and data stewardship expectations.
  • Support onboarding, cross-training, and ongoing development of staff to ensure readiness to independently process ASI applications and enrollments.
  • Maintain operational continuity during volume fluctuations, staffing changes, or policy updates through proactive resource planning.
  • Promote a respectful, inclusive, and accountable team environment aligned with Accerta’s values and B Corp principles.
  • Other duties as assigned.
