Raise is currently hiring an Administrator, Information Management on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader. Our Client is a Canadian global leader in exploration, mine engineering, and environmental protection.
Description
The Administrator, Information Management will join our clients project team. In this role, you will be the backbone of project integrity, ensuring that all technical and commercial documentation is managed, tracked, and archived with precision. You will act as a bridge between supply chain management, engineering, and external vendors to maintain a seamless flow of information throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Document Control & Compliance: Deliver project document control services in strict accordance with ’s procedures. Ensure full compliance for both controlled and non-controlled documents.
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire document lifecycle, including project filing, archiving, retention, and final handover preparation.
- Distribution Coordination: Manage electronic document flow and distribution across multi-disciplinary teams, including Engineering, Supply Chain, and third-party vendors.
- Audit & Reliability: Maintain a high degree of reliability for document security, version control, and visibility. Ensure a clear, reliable audit trail is available at all times for functional department reviews.
- Digital Transformation: Support the adoption of new information management processes and digital tools, acting as a facilitator for team-wide transitions to modern systems.
Qualifications
- 4 to 9 years of direct experience in document control or information management.
- Proven experience with electronic file sharing networks or web-based document management systems is essential.
- Proficiency in using and administering enterprise-level DMS/EDMS platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, and OpenText)
- Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity with other Microsoft applications like Access or Project is a plus.
- Core Competencies:
- A self-starter who can independently learn and apply new software concepts and digital tools quickly.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to prioritize high-volume tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Solid interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal project teams and external stakeholders.
- Education and Certifications
- Diploma or degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Management, Library Science) is preferred.

- As this is a safety Sensitive Role Pre-access substance testing will be required
