Project Material Coordinator (Warehouse)

- Rotation (2 weeks in-2 weeks out, 11 hours a day)

Raise is currently hiring a contract Project Material Coordinator (Warehouse) on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader. Our Client, is a Canadian global leader in exploration, mine engineering, and environmental protection.
Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support the Project Material Coordintion in managing the flow of materials and equipment for active project sites. This role plays a critical part in ensuring materials are properly received, tracked, stored, staged, and issued in alignment with project schedules and operational requirements.
Responsibilities
· Support receipt of materials and equipment delivered to site
· Track and maintain records of incoming and outgoing materials
· Coordinate proper storage and staging of materials
· Assist with issuing materials to project teams
· Work with suppliers and contractors to ensure accurate and timely deliveries
Qualifications
· 4+ years of experience in warehouse operations or project materials management
· Prior experience supporting major projects is strongly preferred
· Strong organizational and tracking skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
· Effective communication and coordination skills
· Equipment certification for telehandler and forklift required (training can be provided upon hire)

As this is a safety Sensitive Role Pre-access substance testing will be required
