Pay: $32.00/hour on W2
Work Type: Onsite – Parma, ID 83660
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 30-minute lunch
Duration: 3-month contract with possible extension
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support for all departments on site by performing technical duties throughout the facility to ensure safe and reliable equipment, installations and buildings.
* Provide support in areas outside of normal duties as needed, i.e.: Project Management, third party contractors.
* Provide support to the departments by the installation of new equipment by following the QHSE guidelines.
* Provide first line technical support by failures or breakdowns. Work together with the department for technical innovative solutions.
* Provide expertise and training on areas of maintenance activities.
* Coordinates with Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to complete work orders efficiently.
* Performs electrical and plumbing maintenance including but not limited to replacement or repair of fixtures.
* Performs mechanical maintenance including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and troubleshooting of production machines.
* Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
* Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines and on production equipment.
* Read and interpret equipment manuals to perform required maintenance and service.
* Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
* Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
* Responds to emergency situations during and after hours for the purpose of resolving immediate concerns.
* Able to work flexible hours.
Requirements:
* High School Diploma.
* 3 to 5 years maintenance experience.
* Experience with Reliability Centered Maintenance strategies and methodologies.
* Experience in maintaining and repairing Buildings, Industrial Equipment, and Infrastructure.
* Experience in General Industry Safety requirements.
* Experience utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Skills:
* Team player dedicated to continual quality improvement.
* Excellent communications and collaboration skills, both written and verbal.
* Highly organized, detailed, and self-starting requiring minimal supervision.
* Ability to juggle priorities, manage ambiguity, and work with maintenance team.
* Demonstrated competency utilizing computer programs: Excel, Power Point, Word, One Note.
