Responsabilités :
- Collaborer étroitement avec une équipe pluridisciplinaire de concepteurs, un·e responsable produit et des développeurs. Rejoignez une équipe pour concevoir des fonctionnalités exceptionnelles pour nos clients et conseillers ; vous suivrez le développement de ces fonctionnalités de la phase de conception à la mise en production.
- Collaborez avec d’autres designers et nos collègues des équipes produit et technologie pour appliquer une approche systémique à vos conceptions.
Compétences requises :
- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience pertinente
- Expérience de travail en environnement Agile
- Expérience des systèmes de conception
- Maîtrise de Figma
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication, à la collaboration et à l’influence
- Esprit produit
- Aisance à appréhender les concepts de manière abstraite avant de passer à la conception d’interfaces
Compétences appréciées :
- Une expérience dans le secteur bancaire est un atout ; une expérience au sein d’une grande entreprise est acceptable.
- Expérience de l’utilisation des données/de l’analyse pour la prise de décisions en matière de conception
- Expérience de la recherche en design et/ou de la rédaction de contenu
- Expérience de la conception de contenu
- Compréhension du développement front-end et de ses contraintes
- Expérience de la création de plateformes ou de composants réutilisables
- Bilingue français/anglais

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely within a cross-functional squad of designers, a product owner, and developers.
- Work with a team to deliver exceptional features for our clients and advisors—they will see features through from discovery to release
- Partner with other designers and our product & technology peers to apply systematic thinking in their designs
Must-have skills
- A minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience with Design Systems
- Proficient in Figma
- Strong communication, collaboration and influence skills
- Has a Product Mindset
- Comfortable ‘working in the abstract’ before moving into screen designs
Nice to have skills
- Banking industry experience is preferred; experience in a large organization is acceptable.
- Experience using data/analytics to make design decisions
- Experience with Design Research and/or content writing
- Experience with Content Design
- Understands front-end development and its constraints
- Experience building platforms or reusable components
- Bilingual FR & ENG
