Strategy Analyst
- Location: Bedford/Halifax, NS – Hybrid (4 days on site)
- Pay Rate: $60.86/hr – $72.15/hr
- Contract Length: 12 Months

Responsibilities:
The position is centered around executive reporting, stakeholder engagement, and performance tracking (KPIs) in close partnership with teams across the organization to foster transparency and accountability through high-level reporting.
- Stakeholder Presentations: Prepare clear, high-level executive reporting for leadership, consolidating input from diverse teams to provide critical insights.
- Strategic Messaging: Communicate and promote our strategy across multiple internal platforms (i.e., Success deck, infographics, videos, Banking Connect, newsletters, etc.) to clarify priorities and celebrate successes. Partner with stakeholders across the enterprise to identify topics, capture content, and design meaningful output to build engagement, understanding, and a sense of shared purpose.
- Strategic KPIs: Partner with teams to define meaningful key performance indicators that align with our priorities, resonate with the business, and demonstrate progress towards our goals. Gather quarterly updates, validate information, and analyze trends to provide an accurate view of the impact and success of our major initiatives.
- Strategic Events: Plan and facilitate high-impact forums (i.e. QTS OC Strategy SteerCo, SPM OC, leadership offsites, global and regional town halls, team events, etc.) to reinforce our strategic vision and celebrate our accomplishments. Create purposeful agendas and coordinate logistics to help foster buy-in and collaboration across levels and regions, as well as enhance knowledge sharing/employee engagement.
Must-have Skills:
- 7+ years of related experience
- Excellent content writing skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (executive-level presentations) and Excel (analysis) SME (Subject Matter Expert)
- Experience using AI for content generation
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Experience in communicating with stakeholder
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Capital Markets knowledge.
- Marketing/branding experience.
- Experience in process improvement (i.e., Lean Six Sigma), Agile, and Design Thinking.
- Experience with AI.
