High-Volume Recruiter – Remote
Overview
This is fast, seasonal, deadline-driven recruiting. You are hiring for large-scale testing events with fixed dates. There is no “we’ll fill it next month.” When the event date hits, the roster must be full. This role is about momentum, structure, and staying ahead of the curve. During peak cycles, things move quickly. Volume matters. Follow-up matters more. If you like measurable wins and visible impact, you’ll thrive here.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high applicant flow and move qualified candidates quickly.
- Conduct phone screens and assess availability, reliability, and commute feasibility.
- Clearly explain early morning call times, weekend work, and event expectations.
- Set firm expectations to reduce ghosting and no-shows.
- Follow up consistently to drive interview attendance and onboarding completion.
- Maintain accurate tracker updates and pipeline visibility.
- Identify potential no-show risks early and build backup benches.
- This is not passive recruiting. You will be calling, texting, and following up daily.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in onboarding, HR operations, or recruitment support (U.S. experience preferred)
- Comfortable managing high volume without losing attention to detail.
- Not afraid to pick up the phone and actively follow up with candidates.
- Calm, patient, and solution-oriented when candidates are confused or frustrated.
- Organized, structured, and proactive — does not wait to be reminded.
- Strong ownership mindset; takes responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks.
- High sense of urgency without sacrificing accuracy.
- Comfortable having direct conversations when timelines are at risk.
- Self-motivated and dependable; does not require constant supervision.
- Resilient under pressure and able to stay focused during peak hiring cycles.
- Flexible and willing to support occasional Saturday onboarding during peak seasons.
