Note: The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; however, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in an INC classification, where applicable.
Description
The Fieldglass Program Analyst will support our clients Construction Management & Inspection Program Office (CMI PMO). The CMI PMO is part of a larger team responsible for P2P Process Enablement & Automation Team.
You’ll be part of a growing Supply Chain function focused on optimizing P2P processes, improving system performance, and supporting critical field operations. This role offers the opportunity to influence system design, strengthen rate governance, and help scale a high‑impact program.
This role is responsible for the functional configuration and management of the SAP Fieldglass Contingent module, ensuring accurate rate governance, compliant job postings, and timely processing of contingent workforce transactions. The Program Office currently manages high weekly volumes through automated processes, but the workload expected to increase over the course of the year.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily Fieldglass Contingent module activities, including work orders, revisions, extensions, and closeouts.
- Review job postings from construction management teams to ensure correct job classifications, rate structures, and compliance.
- Apply strong knowledge of rates to create, validate, and transition to new rate cards, structures, and suppliers.
- Proactively manage contractual rate changes, including rate schedules and time‑sheet‑based allotments.
- Process weekly time sheets within SLAs and resolve discrepancies.
- Understand and maintain functional Fieldglass configurations (i.e. job catalogs, rate structures, reporting) and support system governance.
- Collaborate with other functional teams in Contracts, Procurement, Projects, Construction Management, HR, and IS as part of issue investigation and resolution.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and Power Automate workflows to support reporting and operational visibility.
- Provide user support, training materials, and guidance to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 2 Years of hands‑on experience with the SAP Fieldglass Contingent module, including managing rate structures, rate schedules, and rate governance.
- Ability to interpret contractual rate schedules and assess impacts on work orders, time‑sheet allotments, and rate compliance.
- Background in procurement, contingent workforce management, or construction project support.
- Strong analytical capability and comfort working with high transaction volumes.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to support and guide diverse stakeholder groups.
- Nice to have
- Experience supporting change management activities such as communication, training, or rollout planning.
- Background in process improvement or Procure to Pay (P2P) optimization work.
- Familiarity with construction inspection work and field‑based workflows.
- Practical experience with SAP ECC, particularly within Materials Management (MM).
- Proficiency with Power BI and Power Automate for reporting and workflow automation.
- Education and Certifications
- Diploma or Bachelors in related field
