Raise is currently hiring a Project Manager – Workspace Services of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader. Our Client, is one of North America's leading energy infrastructure companies with operations in natural gas, oil and power industries throughout Canada, the United States, and Mexico

Note: The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; however, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in an INC classification, where applicable.

Description

Our Clients Workspace Services Team is seeking a dynamic and effective Project Manager. This role offers the chance to lead a variety of small to large-scale projects, including Capital Projects and Tenant Improvements. You will manage the full project lifecycle—from design and planning to execution and closing—while overseeing cost, schedule, and client relations.

Responsibilities            

  • Lead multiple high-priority projects simultaneously as the primary interface.
  • Apply project management concepts, practices, and processes effectively.
  • Manage vendors and third-party/internal resources to meet project goals.
  • Create programming, space, and furniture plans using AutoCAD.
  • Follow organizational processes and internal best practices across project phases.
  • Promote safety throughout all project stages.
  • Communicate clearly and responsively with team members.
  • Provide accurate cost estimates, forecasting, and budget analysis.
  • Negotiate scope, budget, and timeline changes.
  • Advise on products, finishes, materials, and furniture.
  • Collaborate across business units and manage workflow.
  • Develop project documentation and final summary reports.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and manage client relations.
  • Implement change management and continuous improvement.
  • Share knowledge and lessons learned with the team.
  • Prepare presentations and charts to communicate plans.
  • Demonstrate consistent professionalism across all communication channels, including Microsoft Teams and face-to-face engagements

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Project Management for Tenant Improvement (TI) projects.
  • Familiarity with PMI-based project lifecycle and construction processes.
  • Familiarity with landlord/lease agreements and process for informing leadership of best decision for build-out processes
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for drawing and modifying plans.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
  • Proven interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and lead contractors, consultants, and vendors.
  • Experience with procurement Tender, RFQ, and RFP processes.
  • Knowledge of furniture systems and commercial interior design programs.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Bluebeam.
  • – Willingness to travel (10–20% of work schedule).
  • Education and Certifications
  • Bachelors Degree in related field ( such as Architecture or Interior Design, Construction Management / Building Science,
  • Equivalent education and work experience may be considered.
  • PMP accreditation is an asset
