Responsabilités :
- L'agent/L'agent effectuera quotidiennement de nombreuses tâches manuelles au bureau, notamment la saisie de documents pour les comptes PDA et BDA clôturés, ainsi que pour les comptes NFDG.
- Il/Elle devra traiter au moins 60 documents par jour.
- Il/Elle participera également au processus de décision et à l'envoi de courriels types concernant les paiements.
Compétences essentielles :
- 5 à 9 ans d’expérience pertinente
- Bilinguisme anglais-français
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite, souci du détail et gestion du temps
- Capacité de recherche d’information
- Capacité d’écoute, de compréhension et de réponse

Responsibilities:
- The agent will do a lot of the manual work in the office daily, especially drafts for PDA closed accounts.
- BDA closed accounts as well as drafts for NFDG
- This agent would complete at least 60 drafts daily.
- Assisting with decisioning and sending email scripts for the pay/no pay process.
Must-have skills:
- 5–9 years related experience
- Bilingual in English and French
- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Information Seeking
- Listening, Understanding and Responding skills
