Administrative Support
- Pay Rate: $24.73/hour on W2
- Contract Length: 9 months with possible extension or conversion
- Location: Niagara Falls, NY 14304 (Onsite)
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Raise is currently hiring a contract team member on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader.
Overview
- This is a fast-paced role supporting the Facility Management team with a focus on data entry, compliance, and general office operations.
Responsibilities
- Operations & Data Management
- Data Entry: Input production data into Excel, NetSuite, and Enviroware.
- Documentation: Prepare, scan, and upload documents (including E-Manifests).
- Reporting: Create production/management reports and provide metrics to the Facility Manager.
- Logistics: Print/deliver labels to drivers; create and track inbound/outbound orders.
- Financial & Administrative Support
- Procurement: Process department purchases, create POs, and code invoices.
- Clerical: Manage filing, mail distribution, manual updates, and employee communication boards.
- Audits: Support internal/external audits and vendor due diligence.
- Front Desk: Greet visitors and manage facility sign-in sheets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 4 years in an administrative role.
- Experience in waste or recycling is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- High-level prioritization skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal skills; high-level customer service.
- Ability to walk, stand, or sit for extended periods.
