Duration: 12-month contract
Job Overview:
* The Administrative Assistant will support the client by delivering high‑level administrative, coordination, and organizational support.
* This role manages day‑to‑day office functions, assists leadership, and handles specialized tasks including timekeeping, training systems, vehicle fleet oversight, and SharePoint administration.
* Senior-level duties may include mentoring staff, managing confidential information, and leading process‑improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative & Office Support
* Manage calendars, meetings, logistics, and communications for team members and managers.
* Coordinate onboarding/offboarding processes, access and badge requests, and supply ordering.
* Handle general office operations including filing, phones, mail distribution, and record maintenance.
* Specialized Coordination
* Support timekeeping and payroll activities.
* Administer training programs, including WebCAT.
* Oversee vehicle fleet requirements and documentation.
* Maintain and update SharePoint sites and team content.
* Project & Process Support
* Assist with data gathering, reporting, and basic analysis.
* Contribute to special projects and process improvements.
* Identify issues and propose solutions with moderate guidance.
* Senior-Level (if applicable)
* Mentor and support other administrative staff.
* Handle confidential materials and sensitive communications.
* Lead administrative projects and help develop new workflows.
Qualifications:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email systems.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Customer service experience and strong coordination skills.
