Lien Resolution Analyst
- Pay Rate: $21.00/hour on W2
- Contract Length: 12 months
- Location: 50 miles within Approved HUB Locations (Remote)
- Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
- Training Schedule: On the job training

Overview
- Our Lien Resolution Analysts compliantly dispute, negotiate, and resolve healthcare liens with governmental and private lienholders.
- This position requires clear and effective communication and collaboration with lienholders, recovery agents, management, client-facing teams, and other internal departments.
- This position also requires a basic understanding of all lien resolution types and specialized knowledge of at least two or more lien types.
Responsibilities
- Understand and consistently meet lien resolution milestones under the client’s service level standards (SLAs) and performance metrics, as required by the Lien Resolution Manager.
- This position requires clear and effective communication and collaboration with lienholders, recovery agents, management, our client-facing teams, and other internal departments; written, oral, and listening by phone, fax, and/or e-mail.
- Compliantly resolve healthcare liens with governmental and private lienholders.
- Ensure that the client receives the required data and documentation from lienholders on time and thereafter route that information to the proper internal departments for processing.
- Advocate for and obtain the best result for our clients.
- This position requires a basic understanding of all insurance types (Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial) and specialized knowledge of at least two or more lien types.
- Proactively learns and follows all internal and external procedures and protocols.
- Engage in cross-training and other ongoing training initiatives.
- Consistently follow up with lienholders and recovery contractors when expected data and/or documentation is outstanding.
- Addresses and ensures the accuracy of all incoming data and correspondence according to the client’s standard operating procedures.
- Maintain and document all up-to-date communications and actions on a lien with detail and accuracy.
- Effectively communicates and collaborates with internal teams, especially our client service teams, to obtain and provide timely updates to clients on key issues.
- Routinely provides status updates to the Lien Resolution Supervisor/Manager.
- Quickly identifies and removes obstacles and escalates appropriately.
- Escalates any complex or priority issues to their Lead or Manager on time
- Collaborates with the Lien Resolution Manager to document all lien resolution processes, including periodic updates.
- Effectively works as a member of the team, fosters teamwork, and volunteers to assist others, as appropriate.
- Participates in projects and assists the Lien Resolution Manager as needed.
- Regularly participates in meetings and is dependable as an internal and external resource on assigned liens and projects.
- Display professionalism, accountability, and initiative daily and is open to coaching and feedback.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
