Application Support Analyst
- Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid (Monday or Tuesday-every first Friday of the month)
- Pay Rate: $45.27/hr – $53.40/hr
- Contract Length: 6 Months with the possibility of extension

Responsibilities:
Production Support & Incident Management
- Investigate, triage, and resolve production issues based on severity and business impact.
- Run incident bridges, manage major incidents, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
- Monitor logs, identify root causes, and implement actions to prevent recurrence
- Prioritize and manage Contact Centre tickets and internal escalations
- Support daily midnight batch processes and ensure application uptime outside market hours
Cloud & Infrastructure Support
- Support Azure cloud components (App Insights, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Server)
- Support OpenShift (OCP) microservices and integrated cloud-native services
- Validate deployments through Artifactory pipelines; ensure successful production rollout
Project Delivery & Change Management
- Act as SME for impact assessments related to system changes and deployments
- Participate in after-hours maintenance windows (Thurs/Fri) for code changes
- Ensure compliance with business continuity, security, privacy, and enterprise standards
- Recommend improvements to monitoring, deployment, or support processes
Partnership & Stakeholder Communication
- Work closely with business partners, technology teams, QA, project teams, and vendors
- Provide clear, concise updates during outages or high-impact incidents
- Ensure internal stakeholders understand application functions and key policies
Must Have Requirement:
- 3-5 Production Support Experience
- Experience in an Azure Application Environment
- Experience with Openshift
- DataBase Knowledge of Oracle and MSSQL
- ServiceNow Experience for ticketing
Nice to Have:
- Clear Communication Skills
- Sense of Urgency
- Experience with high-visibility tier 1 or client facing applications
- Experience with High impact outage and resolution
- Banking or FI Domain is an Asset
