Data Entry Operator –Bilingual – Advanced
- Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid
- Pay Rate: $27.71/hr
- Contract Length: 6 Months with the possibility of extension
We at Raise are hiring a Data Entry Operator –Bilingual – Advanced for one of our top clients. Responsibilities:
- The role requires 80% phone component and 20% Back-office process; the agent will be assigned either the back-office process or to take call calls and during the day may be required to go back and forth between both.
- Read source documents such as cancelled checks, sales reports, or bills, and enter data in specific data fields or onto tapes or disks for subsequent entry, using keyboards or scanners
- Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered
- Locate and correct data entry errors, or report them to supervisors
- Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors
- Maintain logs of activities and completed work
Must-have Skills:
- 5-9 years related experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, clear speaking voice when communicating in English/French, Keen attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze client files efficiently
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Nice to have AML/KYC experience.
