Risk Stewardship Administrator
- Pay Rate: $29.00 – $33.00/hour on W2
- Contract Length: 12 months
- Location: Spring, TX 77389 (Onsite)
Raise is currently hiring a contract team member on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader.
Overview
- Support and coordinate with project teams in Houston, the Netherlands and Singapore in managing the risk action tracking registers and project risk assessment plans.
- The project risk assessment plans and risk action tracking registers are specially developed and customized for the projects.
Responsibilities
- Entering action items into the project risk action tracking registers.
- Assessing risk assessment reports to determine what information needs to be entered and the appropriate location for entry.
- Implementing changes on action due dates, action reviewers and study dates.
- Coordinating updates and issue of the project risk assessment plan reports.
- Supporting monthly risk stewardship data preparation.
- Troubleshooting risk stewardship data as needed.
- Carrying out annual access review and managing access to the databases.
- Delivering training on using the project risk action tracking registers when required.
- May need to work odd hours to support project teams located in different time zones.
Qualifications
- Works with minimal work direction.
- Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to use Excel advanced formulas and functions required.
Preferred experience
- Use of Smartsheet
- Oil and Gas industry
