We’re Hiring! Our key client is growing like crazy and adding a Field Service Specialist to their team.
Pay Rate: $26.00 – $30.00/hour, depending on experience with a per diem of $30/day
Work Location: Onsite – Wellington, CO 80549
Work Schedule: 21 days on, 7 days off | On call
Duration: 12-month contract with possible extension/conversion based on performance and other factors.
Additional Details: Standard Driver’s License and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) are required.

Responsibilities
Provide customers with safe, accurate, and on-time product and service delivery.

Ensure safe, timely, and compliant operations at the well site, job location, or plant, including the rig-up and rig-down of equipment.
Mentor others as required.
Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs.
Engage customer contacts to promote company products and services.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Preferred backgrounds include farm and ranch work, outdoor labor roles, and casing or well services experience (on-call environments are especially valued).
No formal oil and gas experience is required, but it can be helpful.
Reliability, including good attendance, answering the phone, and consistent availability.
Adaptability, including the willingness and ability to learn different wells, customers, rigs, and schedules.
