Senior Cyber security Analyst
- Location: Toronto, ON—Hybrid—(3 days on site)
- Pay Rate: $66.79/hr – $78.86/hr
- Contract Length: 6 Months

Responsibilities:
- Work with business partners and application teams across the banking enterprise to explain the onboarding process and document requirements.
- Work with business partners and application teams to ensure data remediation is completed, including orphan and description cleanup, role creation, and Segregation of Duties (Toxic Combination) policy creation in the IAM SailPoint IIQ Tool.
- Provide consultative services to ensure teams follow our standards within Global Security.
- Identify and Report security risks in accordance to our banking standards.
- Participate in internal/external audits and establish, monitor, and coordinate action plans.
- Accountable for consultation and issue resolution as the first point of inquiry/escalation and problem resolution for IAM onboarding activities.
- Participates in project planning and management activities across multiple efforts
- Participate in all aspects of onboarding testing as requested by the onboarding team: This may include:
- Test case scenarios creation and assisting with test case writing
- Assisting with FST, UAT, OAT, and PIV testing
- Provide support with tasks and ad hoc requests as required
- Suggest/document solutions to improve the efficiency of the onboarding process.
Must-have skills:
- 4+ years of related experience
- Undergraduate degree with Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience in a large organization, preferably within a financial institution
- Experience with onboarding applications
- Strong experience with IAM solutions and tools, including SailPoint, ServiceNow, CyberArk, and Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Solid understanding of IAM concepts such as RBAC, SSO, MFA, access provisioning, approval workflows, role mining, and access reviews
- Experience gathering and documenting IAM requirements using methods such as stakeholder interviewing, data modeling, business process modeling, business object modeling, and UI design
- Experience working with requirement methodologies including Object-Oriented analysis, Use Cases, UML, Agile, and Waterfall
- Understanding of identity protocols and directory services such as Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, and OAuth
- Knowledge of technology platforms and application stack configurations
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
Nice-to-have skills:
- Identity and access management provisioning and de-Provisioning
- IT Standards, Methodologies, CMM & audit requirements
- Authentication (Entra ID/Azure/SSO) onboarding experience; Understanding of Cloud Identity as a service (IDaaS) for SaaS, PaaS and IaaS
- Authorization (Role-Based Access Authorization and Conditional Access Control)
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and tools, including Jira and Confluence
- Professional certification(s) related to information security or information risk management, such as CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP
