Raise is currently hiring a Senior PAM Specialist on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader. Our Client,  is a major Canadian airline.

Note: The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; however, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in an INC classification, where applicable.

Description

The Senior PAM Specialist to join our clients Technology Resilience Program. In this role, you will be the technical lead responsible for designing and delivering robust Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions that protect our most critical assets. Your primary focus will be maturing  identity posture by leveraging CyberArk to secure, manage, and monitor privileged accounts across the entire enterprise. You will bridge the gap between complex security architecture and operational excellence, ensuring our "Tech Resilience" goals are met through automation and rigorous governance.

Responsibilities            

  • Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the end-to-end design and deployment of CyberArk PAM solutions, including PVWA, CPM, and PSM components.
  • Policy Configuration: Expertly configure Vaults, Safes, and Platform policies to ensure granular access control and automated credential rotation.
  • Systems Integration: Integrate PAM services with diverse enterprise infrastructure, cloud environments, and broader Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms.
  • Account Onboarding: Drive the strategy for onboarding privileged accounts and systems, ensuring a seamless transition for technical stakeholders.
  • Governance & Standards: Ensure all PAM solutions align with ’s security architecture, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Workflow Optimization: Design and implement session management and privileged workflows to enhance visibility and reduce the attack surface.

Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of direct experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  • Proven track record of hands-on CyberArk implementation and administration.
  • Deep experience with SAFE platform policy design and complex workflow configurations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Privileged Identity Lifecycle, including credential rotation and session monitoring.
  • Solid experience connecting PAM tools with broader Identity and Access Management ecosystems.
  • Ability to align technical implementations with enterprise security architecture and governance frameworks.
  • Nice-to-Haves (The "Extra Mile")
  • Strong experience with CyberArk Privilege Cloud (PCloud) is a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity or integration experience with SailPoint.
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and modern access control methodologies.
  • Soft Skills
  • You excel at working with cross-functional stakeholders to align security goals with business needs.
  • You can translate "geek speak" into business value, helping non-technical leaders understand the why behind security controls.
  • You are a self-starter who thrives in a delivery-focused environment, meeting milestones within the Tech Resilience Program.
  • Education and Certifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field
  • Certifications preferred (CyberArk Sentry (PAM-SEN), CyberArk Guardian, CyberArk Defender (PAM-DEF, CISSP, CISM, CIAM)
