Development Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Initially become familiar with the in scope applications.
- Work with subject matter experts from the City in the assessing of any issues or required changes.
- Work with subject matter experts in the design and implementation of any modifications or fixes the applications as needed.
- Update functional and non-functional documentation for any functions changed or adjusted as a result of these sustainment activities.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical Diploma or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Certification in MS Access or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Experience working with business subject matter experts in order to understand and interpret business processes and priorities.
Deliverables:
- All duties as outlined above in Section 3.0 Assignment Duties
- Other deliverables as directed by management
