Data Entry Specialist
Pay Rate: $13.25 – $17/hour on W2, depending on experience
Work Type: Remote – 50 miles within Approved Hub Locations
Duration: 12-month contract with possible extension
Job Overview:
The Data Entry Specialist position is responsible for the keying of data off of a variety of materials into a company database system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible to transcribe, key, and review data.
- Ensure data is accurate and entered in a proficient manner.
- Double check work at each step and update inaccuracies.

- Data Entry
- Proficient on computer (accessing Teams- email etc.)
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required.
- 1+ years of experience of data entry experience preferred.
- Type a minimum of 50 wpm
- Attention to detail
- Ability to retain shortcuts and abbreviations.
- Self-monitoring
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
