Project Manager – IT – Expert
- Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid (Should be prepared to come into the office at least 4 days per week)
- Pay Rate: $88.82/hr – $104.87/hr
- Contract Length: 12 Months with a possibility of extension

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will collaborate across Commercial Banking and functional partners, including Finance and other partners, with the following:
- Planning and Scheduling
- Communicate project updates, priorities and expectations to stakeholders and team members
- Risk and Issue Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and decisions.
- Ensure all project artifacts (e.g., project plans and reports) are stored in a centralized location.
- Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
Must have skills:
- 5 + years of Project Management experience with Major Banks or Financial Institutions
- Strong Business Project Management experience (more Business PM than IT PM),
- Business-side Project Management experience
- Commercial Banking experience
- Commercial Trade experience
- Auto-Finance, Credit, Financing Experience
- Stakeholder Management (Finance, Technology)
- Third Party Supply Management Experience
- Experience with Cross-Boarder (US & Canada) business requirements
- Experience with Capital Markets and Commercial Banking
- Working with Functional Partners (Legal, Compliance, Tax, Finance)
Nice-to-Have:
- PMP Designation
