  • Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid (Should be prepared to come into the office at least 4 days per week)
  • Pay Rate: $88.82/hr – $104.87/hr
  • Contract Length: 12 Months with a possibility of extension

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate change management activities to support business enablement initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with teams/stakeholders to integrate change management strategies into program deliverables.
  • Develop and execute change management plans, including stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and training programs, to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Utilize the Banking Triple A framework to support the program, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational change management standards.
  • Identify potential risks and resistance points related to change initiatives and develop mitigation strategies to address them effectively.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts, providing regular updates and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and project teams, providing guidance on best practices for managing change and driving adoption.

Must-Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in banking or financial services industry with understanding of project business management
  • Hands-on experience implementing change management activities
  • Guiding teams and stakeholders to make informed, consensus-driven decisions 
  • Effective storytelling skills—written and verbal skills and attention to detail in preparing change management documents (i.e., training plan)

Nice-to-Have:

  • PMP Designation
