Senior Marketing Analyst (Content Creator)
- Location: Toronto, ON—Hybrid (2 to 3 days in-office)
- Pay Rate: $38.61/hr – $45.57/hr
- Contract Length: 12 Months with a possibility of extension

Responsibilities:
Content Development
- Produce original, in-house video and static content for our social media channels. Create content for both feed and stories, ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives.
- Innovate with new formats and series ideas to drive engagement and reach.
- Analyze engagement metrics and identify opportunities for enhancement.
Content Calendar Management
- In partnership with the Senior Manager social & Creator Strategy, plan, organize, and maintain a comprehensive content calendar for all social platforms.
- Coordinate and collaborate with team members and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and publication of content.
- Monitor social trends and adjust the calendar to maximize relevance and impact.
Short-Form Video Creation
- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form videos and images tailored for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms.
- Stay current with platform-specific trends to produce breakthrough and shareable content.
Graphic Design
- Design compelling graphics for posts, stories, and campaigns using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Ensure all visuals are consistent with brand guidelines and messaging.
Copywriting
- Write engaging captions, headlines, and social copy for content.
- Adapt tone and messaging for different platforms and audiences.
- Collaborate with team members to refine messaging and storytelling.
Additional Attributes
- Creative thinker with a strong sense of visual storytelling.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to content ideation and execution.
- Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and platform changes.
Must Have Requirement:
- 2-5 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a related field.
- Proven experience creating content for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit).
- Proficiency with video editing and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva).
- Marketing Portfolio
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small, fast-paced team environment.
- Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
