Coordinateur de production
- Lieu : Saint-Laurent, Québec (Sur place)
- Durée du contrat : 12 mois
Chez Raise, nous recrutons un Coordonnateur de production pour l'un de nos clients de premier plan. Après s'être imposé comme un leader de son secteur, ce client agrandit désormais son équipe afin de répondre à une demande croissante. Responsabilités :
- Assurer le suivi des pièces, des kits de composants, etc., afin de garantir que toutes les pièces fabriquées soient livrées dans les délais impartis.
- Déterminer les conséquences d'éventuels retards de livraison et établir un plan d'action approprié.
- Participer à la résolution des problèmes de production.
- Effectuer la saisie de données relatives aux projets et au suivi des livraisons.
- Assurer le suivi des pièces et générer des commandes manuelles dans le système.
- Surveiller le déroulement de plusieurs projets afin de respecter les échéances et les exigences établies.
- Identifier et signaler les problèmes critiques susceptibles de compromettre le plan de production.
- Assurer la liaison entre les cellules de production en amont, les fournisseurs et les services connexes afin de maîtriser l'état d'avancement des activités.
- Orientation axée sur le client (interne/externe).
Exigences :
- Diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) dans un domaine connexe ou 2 ans d'expérience dans le secteur manufacturier ou en entrepôt.
- Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel et Outlook.
- Solides compétences en communication et en résolution de problèmes.
- Atout : Expérience préalable avec un système ERP.
- Doit être à l'aise pour travailler tant en français qu'en anglais.

Responsibilities:
- Follow-up on parts, component kits, etc. to ensure that all parts built are delivered on time.
- Determine the consequences of the late delivery and establish an appropriate action plan.
- Take part in solving production problems.
- Perform data entry for project information and delivery tracking.
- Track parts and generate a manual order in the system.
- Monitor the flow of a few projects to meet the deadlines and requirements.
- Identify and highlight critical issues that can compromise the production plan.
- Ensure the link between the upfront production cells, suppliers, and services to control the state of the activity.
- Customer-focus oriented (internal/external).
Requirements:
- College diploma (DEC) in a related field or 2 years of experience in manufacturing or Warehouse
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred: Has past ERP system experience
- Must be comfortable working in both french and english
