Customer Service Representative
- Pay Rate: $20.00 – $23.00/hour on W2
- Contract Length: 8 months
- Location: Jackson, MI 49201 (Oniste)
- Work Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Raise is currently hiring a contract team member on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader.
Responsibilities
- The Customer Service Representative supports client’s Surface Treatment business by serving as a primary point of contact with customers while collaborating with supply chain, operations, and credit teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
- This role involves providing customer support primarily by phone, collecting and forwarding customer feedback, and proactively managing the full order‑to‑cash process.
- The position requires strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills, a customer‑focused and adaptable mindset, and proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office.
- Candidates typically have at least two years of customer service experience, with a high school diploma required and a bachelor’s degree preferred.
Requirements
- minimum High School Diploma and a bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Skills: Computer literacy, MS Office experience, basic SAP knowledge (preferred but not required), and strong customer service skills
- Interview Process: Virtual interview followed by an in‑person interview scheduled between April 20–24
