Senior Cyber Security Analyst
- Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid (3 days onsite, 1 day remote- anchor days, Mon-Thur)
- Pay Rate: $60.39/hr – 71.31/hr
- Contract Length: 6 Months

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the IAM Application Onboarding Team to integrate banking applications across IAM platforms (Service Now, Sailpoint IIQ) in alignment with the bank's IAM strategy
- Facilitate end-to-end onboarding success by working with business partners and application teams across the enterprise
- Conduct requirements discovery, analysis, and review with diverse stakeholder groups; document onboarding requirements and develop technical specifications
- Ensure all solutions comply with banking Standards and identify/report security risks accordingly
- Participate in all testing phases (DEV, SAI/UAT, PIV), including creating test case scenarios and supporting test case development
- Partner with cybersecurity, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet regulatory, security, and operational requirements
- Analyze current onboarding processes and recommend efficiency improvements; implement solutions to streamline operations
- Provide consultative support on compliance, ad-hoc requests, and process optimization as needed
Must have skills:
- 2-5 years of strong experience onboarding applications to IAM services such as SailPoint and ServiceNow
- Bachelor's Degree/College Diploma in IT, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or Information Security with demonstrated IAM experience in a large organization, preferably within a financial institution
- Proven cross-functional collaboration and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to independently manage, prioritize, and execute tasks with minimal direction
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools, including Jira and Confluence
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- 2+ years’ experience with other IAM Services (CyberArk/Entra ID), and experience with automation
