Lead Digital Product Designer
- Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid (4 days in the office)
- Pay Rate: $63.95/hr – $75.50/hr
- Contract Length: 12 Months with a possibility of extension

Responsibilities:
- This role will be focusing on the portfolio management experience, shaping a new tool for reporting solutions and connecting with cross-functional partners, driving discovery and prioritization of features, visioning, workshops, and mentoring other designers on the team.
Must-Have Skills:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing usable interfaces across multiple channels and platforms
- Facilitation of workshops and successfully launched products in the past.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clear design direction
- Strong storytelling and executive communication skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional partners.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master’s in HCI, Design, UX Design, or related fields.
- Strong storytelling showing why decisions were made, not just what was designed.
- Experience incorporating AI solutions into complex systems.
