Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Management & Executive Engagement

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with executive sponsors, business leaders, technology teams, delivery partners, and client stakeholders to ensure alignment across strategic objectives and program priorities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior leadership and client executives, providing clear communication on program status, business value realization, risks, dependencies, and strategic decisions.
  • Facilitate executive steering committees, governance forums, and stakeholder workshops to drive decision-making, alignment, and accountability across Data & AI initiatives.
  • Translate complex technical concepts related to Microsoft Fabric, data platforms, analytics, and AI into business-focused outcomes for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and adoption strategies to ensure successful organizational change management, user enablement, and long-term platform adoption.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations by proactively identifying communication gaps, conflicting priorities, organizational impacts, and escalation points.

Scope Management & Delivery Governance

  • Define, manage, and control program scope across multiple workstreams to ensure alignment with business objectives, contractual commitments, and delivery timelines.
  • Lead scope planning and prioritization activities, ensuring requirements are clearly documented, validated, and aligned with enterprise transformation goals.
  • Assess and manage scope changes, change requests, and evolving business requirements while balancing delivery timelines, budget constraints, technical feasibility, and business value.
  • Implement governance processes for scope control, milestone tracking, dependency management, and delivery quality assurance.
  • Coordinate with architecture, engineering, analytics, and AI teams to ensure solution scope is technically achievable, scalable, and aligned to Microsoft Fabric best practices.
  • Identify and mitigate delivery risks associated with scope creep, resource constraints, integration dependencies, and evolving stakeholder requirements.
  • Ensure alignment between program scope, data governance policies, security requirements, compliance standards, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
  • Drive program transparency through executive dashboards, status reporting, RAID logs, and governance reviews to maintain visibility into delivery health and business outcomes.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Data & AI programs across planning, execution, governance, risk management, and business adoption.
  • Partner with clients to define data modernization and AI transformation roadmaps aligned to business objectives and enterprise architecture strategies.
  • Serve as the trusted advisor for Microsoft Fabric implementations, helping clients design and operationalize scalable analytics, reporting, and AI-enabled data solutions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams including data engineers, solution architects, AI specialists, analysts, and business stakeholders.
  • Manage client relationships and executive communications, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, risks, budgets, and expected outcomes.
  • Drive governance and operational excellence across data platform initiatives, including delivery standards, quality assurance, compliance, and change management.
  • Oversee implementation of enterprise data platforms leveraging Microsoft Fabric, Azure data services, Power BI, data integration pipelines, and modern lakehouse architectures.
  • Facilitate issue resolution, escalation management, and dependency tracking to ensure successful and timely delivery of program milestones.
  • Support AI and advanced analytics initiatives by aligning business use cases with data readiness, platform capabilities, and operational adoption strategies.
  • Monitor program performance through KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Enable collaboration between business and technical teams to ensure successful adoption of data governance, analytics, AI solutions, and self-service reporting capabilities.
  • Contribute to business development activities including solution positioning, client workshops, proposal support, and strategic account growth.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience leading enterprise Data & AI transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Fabric ecosystem and Azure data services.
  • Knowledge of modern data architectures including lakehouse, data mesh, and cloud-native analytics platforms.
  • Experience with Power BI, data governance, data integration, and enterprise reporting solutions.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML enablement, generative AI use cases, and data readiness strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage executive stakeholders and large cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and consulting skills.

Preferred Certifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent delivery certifications
