Job Title: Curation Lead

About the Role:
We are looking for a Curation Lead to take ownership of talent curation activities supporting one of Raise’s high-volume recruitment programs.
This role operates in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and fluctuating hiring demands. Success means staying ahead of client needs by building and maintaining strong talent pipelines, managing engaged talent communities, and ensuring recruiters have access to qualified, ready-to-submit candidates when new opportunities arise.

What You’ll Do
As the Curation Lead, you will:
- Own and manage talent curation activities across a high-volume recruitment program.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen pipelines of qualified candidates aligned to current and anticipated hiring demand.
- Run match lists for new job requisitions using available talent platforms and identify candidates aligned to role requirements.
- Execute candidate outreach and engagement campaigns to activate newly matched talent.
- Manage and engage applicants within designated talent communities.
- Partner closely with recruiters to identify, surface, and mobilize talent-pooled candidates for new opportunities.
- Maintain ownership of designated talent pools, ensuring candidate readiness, engagement, and data quality remain current.
- Monitor pipeline health and proactively address talent gaps to support fluctuating client demand.
- Drive consistency, quality, and continuous improvement across curation activities.
- Leverage automation, AI, and technology solutions to streamline workflows, improve candidate engagement, and increase operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort while maintaining quality, candidate experience, and business outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, recruiting operations, workforce solutions, talent community management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of talent pipeline development, candidate engagement, and talent pooling strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting MSP, RPO, enterprise staffing, or high-volume recruitment programs.
- Experience working with talent communities, CRM platforms, sourcing tools, and candidate engagement technologies.
- Familiarity with Curate, Opptly, Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar talent platforms.
- Experience leveraging automation, AI, and workflow optimization to improve recruiting or talent operations.
- Familiarity with direct sourcing programs and talent community best practices.
- Previous experience supporting large-scale, fast-moving, or high-volume client accounts is an asset.
