About the Opportunity
The roles range from early-career project coordinators supporting execution teams to senior project managers leading multi-discipline EPC programmes. What they share is complexity — multiple stakeholders, tight governance, contractor interfaces, and zero tolerance for schedule slippage.
These programmes are not short-term. The organizations driving them need project leaders who can commit to multi-year engagements, navigate regulated environments, and deliver in settings where safety and quality are non-negotiable.
What You Could Be Working On
- Leading project delivery from initiation through closeout across engineering, construction, or IT programmes
- Developing project scope, schedules, cost estimates, and execution strategies
- Managing EPC contracts, vendor performance, and contractor coordination
- Driving risk management, change control, and issue resolution
- Preparing business case submissions and reporting to senior leadership
- Supporting plant modifications, outage integration, and field execution
- Mentoring junior project staff and providing work direction
What We're Looking For
- 3 to 10+ years of project management experience in engineering, construction, EPC, or industrial environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-discipline projects
- Strong command of project planning, scheduling, cost management, and risk management
- PMP certification and/or P.Eng. are assets
